Planning the meal
- Choose the restaurant, or ask her for a suggestion in her city
- Book a table and put the time in the plan
- Agree who else is coming, and what to say if they ask
- Mention any dietary needs for both of you
A family meal
At a family table she is your guest: she talks with your relatives, follows the story you agreed, and lets you lead. Many family lunches run two or three hours; the plan allows for it.

A meal for two
On a trip or a day out, a long lunch is often the best part of the day — good food and an easy conversation. It stays strictly platonic, in a public restaurant, and it is never a date.
Common questions
Who pays for the meal?
You do, as agreed in the plan. The day's own costs are yours on top of the day rate.
Can the dinner be late in the evening?
The day is planned around it and ends at the agreed time; nothing continues after dinner.
Can she choose the restaurant?
Yes — she knows her city. Ask in your request.
