Two to four weeks ahead for Christmas, Thanksgiving or Lunar New Year. Short notice can work in large cities, but holidays fill first.

Gifts and costs
Anything the day itself costs — travel, a gift for the hosts — is agreed in the plan. Gifts to her in place of the price are not accepted.

Can she stay for a holiday weekend?
No. Every rental is one day that ends when agreed; nothing overnight is ever part of it.
Does she know Lunar New Year customs?
